Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Oil and Gas Company Limited (KPOGCL), a public sector company fully owned by the KP Government, invites bids from Income Tax and GST registered firms and companies on the active taxpayer list of the Federal Board of Revenue for the procurement of five laptops. This open competitive bidding tender is issued under KPPRA Rule 6(2)(a) Single Stage, One Envelope Procedure for purchases up to Rs. 05 million and will be posted on both the procuring entity's website and the Authority's website. The procurement is undertaken in relentless pursuit of Pakistan's energy security objectives through enhanced operational capabilities. Tender reference number KPOGCL/TENDER/579/2026 applies to this acquisition, with bids to be submitted through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADs) and KPOGCL Odoo Enterprise Resource Planning platform.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue as active filers for General Sales Tax and income tax purposes, and must submit proof of this status along with an affidavit confirming they have never been blacklisted. Mandatory requirements include OEM Direct Authorization or proof of being an Authorized Reseller of the concerned laptop brand, a minimum of five years' documented experience in supplying laptops to offices, companies, or organizations, and submission of manufacturer warranty certificates with warranty cards. All bidders must maintain a regular office or place of business with verifiable contact details and provide evidence of legal business existence for not less than five years. Collusion between firms is strictly prohibited, and any firms found engaged in cartels or collusion arrangements will be blacklisted and debarred from future government procurement.
Bids must be submitted by 1100 hours on 07 July 2026, with bid opening scheduled for 1130 hours the same day at the KPOGCL offices located at 3rd Floor, Ali Tower, Opposite Custom House, University Road, Peshawar, Pakistan.
