The Office of the 2nd Senior Civil Judge and Chairman Procurement Committee Tando Allahyar invites sealed competitive bids through open tendering for the provision of an O.D. water filtration plant at district level. This procurement notice is issued under Government policy and aims to secure bids from qualified contractors, consultants, and firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council. Bidders must submit bids in the form of a Bank Draft or Pay Order issued in favour of ACCESS TO JUSTICE DEVELOPMENT FUND FOR DISTRICT AND SESSIONS COURT TANDO ALLAHYAR. A non-refundable earnest money deposit equivalent to one and a half percent of the estimated cost is required from each bidder in the form of Bank Draft or Pay Order. All bid documents must be submitted by the submission deadline through hard copy at the specified venue. The bidder must be registered with the relevant authorities and comply with all technical and financial requirements outlined in the tender documents.
Tender documents are issued and received at the Conference Hall of District and Sessions Court Tando Allahyar, Sindh. The bid submission deadline is Friday, 03rd July 2026 at 10:00 A.M., with technical proposals and bids to be opened on the same day at 10:30 A.M. in the presence of bidders and authorized representatives.
