Punjab Municipal Development Fund Company (PMDF) is inviting bids for a framework contract for the hiring of medical insurance companies registered with FBR and PRA. This procurement is undertaken under the e-Procurement system (e-PADS) with an estimated cost of Rs 10,500,000 and a bid security requirement of Rs 545,000. The contract covers medical insurance services for the municipal development sector in Punjab province. All bidders must be E-Bids compliant and registered with FBR and PRA (both STRN and PRTN), with valid e-Procurement registration on the e-PADS platform.
Eligibility criteria require that all bidders possess valid FBR and PRA registrations with both STRN and PRTN numbers. The bid security of Rs 545,000 must be submitted as a CDR (Call Deposit Receipt) through the Bank of Punjab in favor of the General Manager (FA) at PMDF. Bidders must upload their e-bids containing all qualification documents, supporting information, and the financial proposal on the e-PADS portal before the closing date and time.
Bid documents are available for download from the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website at https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk/. E-bid submission is scheduled for 06 July 2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening on 06 July 2026 at 11:30 AM. The bid validity period is 120 days. All documents must be properly signed, stamped, and uploaded by the authorized representative. Prospective bidders are requested to obtain bidding documents and submit their bids through the e-PADS system in accordance with the schedule and evaluation criteria specified in the tender documents.
