Description / Scope of Work
The Health & Population Department, Government of the Punjab invites sealed bids through single-stage two-envelope framework contract tender for the procurement of miscellaneous items at Tehsil Head Quarter Hospital Mankera for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement encompasses ten distinct packages valued at approximately Rs. 11.1 million in total, including X-ray films, chemicals and ultrasound items for the radiology department (Rs. 0.5 million); laboratory, blood bank and PPE items (Rs. 2.5 million); rental reagent for hematology analyzer (Rs. 1.2 million); general store, furniture, lawn and garden items (Rs. 1 million); electrical and computer equipment (Rs. 0.8 million); stationery and printing items (Rs. 2.5 million); bedding, clothing and linen (Rs. 0.5 million); dental materials and instruments (Rs. 1 million); biomedical gases (Rs. 1 million); and transportation services on DDP basis (Rs. 0.5 million). All deliveries are to be made at THQ Hospital Mankera, located in Punjab province.
Eligible bidders must be registered entities with valid NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates. Bid security of two percent of the estimated cost for each lot must be submitted in the form of an original CDR or scheduled bank draft in favor of the Medical Superintendent THQ Hospital Mankera before bid opening. All rates quoted must be inclusive of PST and GST, with validity until 30 June 2027. Bidders are required to enter lot-wise items into the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System for processing and issuance of Letter of Intent on EPADS.

Electronic bids must be submitted through E-PADS software before the closing date of 06 July 2026 at 10:00 a.m. and will be opened on the same day at 10:30 a.m. in the office of the Medical Superintendent.
