Description / Scope of Work
The Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) invites bids for the procurement of fabrication, supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of ambulances (Package No. 50) on DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis for the reconstruction of Lady Willingdon Hospital in Lahore, Punjab. This tender covers the complete supply chain from manufacturing through to commissioning of ambulances required for hospital operations. The tender is issued under reference IPL-5893 and will be executed as part of the broader Lady Willingdon Hospital reconstruction project in Lahore.
Bidders must meet standard eligibility criteria as detailed in the bidding documents and comply with all requirements specified by IDAP. Interested bidders are required to submit bid security as per the tender requirements. The bidding procedure follows a Single Stage Two Envelope format, ensuring technical and financial proposals are evaluated appropriately. All bidders must ensure compliance with local and national regulations applicable to medical equipment supply and installation in Pakistan.
