Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites bids through the EPADS electronic procurement system for the supply of sand from Lawrancepur. This tender enquiry is issued by SNGPL, a major gas utility operating throughout Pakistan including Rawalpindi district in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. The procurement is for materials required at the SNGPL Soan Camp facility located near Saroba Grid Station in Sehal Village, Tehsil and District Rawalpindi. Bidders are required to submit firm and irrevocable offers in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of all taxes, duties, levies and sales tax at the rate of 18% unless otherwise specified. The tender documents comprise general terms, schedule of requirements and delivery specifications, technical specifications, price term sheet, bid bond specimen, performance warranty bond specimen, and a commercial questionnaire sheet. Delivery must strictly conform to the specifications and schedule provided, with earlier delivery being acceptable.
Eligible bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and hold a valid GST registration certificate along with a professional tax clearance certificate. Bids must be submitted only through the EPADS online platform, with the original bid bond submitted in hard copy to the Senior Officer (Procurement) at SNGPL Soan Camp before the closing time of 15:00 hours on July 6, 2026. All bidders must provide evidence of compliance with technical specifications and must clearly indicate any deviations or non-conformances. The tender is open to qualified suppliers, and SNGPL reserves the right to reject any or all bids, increase or decrease quantities by up to 15%, or cancel the enquiry. Bids remain valid for 60 days from the closing date.
Bid documents are available through the EPADS portal at www.epads.gov.pk. The public opening of bids will take place at 15:30 hours on the same day at SNGPL Soan Camp, Dhamyal Road, near Saroba Grid Station, Sehal Village, Rawalpindi. Only one authorized representative per bidder is permitted to attend the opening ceremony, and an authority letter must be provided.
