Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites sealed bids for the supply of welding electrodes under tender enquiry reference MNT/TE/033/2026. The procurement includes two items: 250 kilograms of welding electrodes 5/32 inch E-7010 grade and 125 kilograms of AWS E-6010 welding electrodes size 1/8 inch by 13.8 inch. The material must be supplied carriage paid to SNGPL Stores in Multan, Punjab, with delivery required within 30 days of purchase order placement. This is an open competitive tender for sourcing quality welding electrodes conforming to specified technical standards.
Eligible bidders must submit a tender participation fee of Rs 500 in the form of a pay order or CDR along with valid GST and NTN certificates and professional tax documentation. All bids must be accompanied by an original Bid Securing Declaration as per the specimen provided. Bidders are required to quote firm and lowest prices valid for 60 days from the tender closing date, with rates shown separately from applicable 18 percent sales tax. Technical literature and specifications must accompany all quotations; bids lacking relevant technical documentation will be disqualified.
Bidders must submit quotations online through PPRA E-PADS portal as well as in printed form in sealed envelopes marked "Confidential" before 15:00 hours on 06.07.2026 at the office of Senior Officer (Procurement), SNGPL Transmission Office, Piran Ghaib Road, Multan. Tender opening will occur at 15:30 hours on the same date. The tender validity period is 60 days from closing date, and SNGPL reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities by up to 15 percent post-opening or cancel the enquiry. Late delivery charges of 1 percent per week (maximum 10 percent) will apply for delays beyond agreed delivery periods.
