Description / Scope of Work
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited, a Gas Transmission and Distribution Company, invites sealed bids from original manufacturers, authorized distributors, dealers and suppliers for the supply of Civil Material comprising 16 items. The tender is issued under reference LET/032/26 and is open to suppliers registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, possessing valid Professional Tax Clearance Certificates and listed on the Active Taxpayers list of the Federal Board of Revenue. The procurement is based on free delivery at Sui Northern Gas Pipelines' Store or Site as per the tender Schedule of Requirement, with detailed specifications and requirements outlined in the bidding documents available on the EPADS portal.
Eligible bidders must submit earnest money in the form of a bank draft, pay order, or bid bond issued by a scheduled bank of Pakistan, valid for 120 days from the date of bid opening. The bid bond must be placed conspicuously in a separate envelope with the Technical Proposal. Bidders are required to be registered with relevant tax authorities and maintain active taxpayer status. All bidders must submit their offers in Pakistani Rupees and the offer must remain open for 90 days from the tender closing date.
Bidding documents are available for download from EPADS at www.eprocure.gov.pk on or before 07.07.2026 until 1430 hours. E-bids must be submitted through EPADS before the closing time. Hard copies of bids must reach the Procurement Department, 1st Floor, Gas House, 21 Kashmir Road, Lahore on or before 07.07.2026 at 1430 hours. Bids will be publicly opened on the same day at 1500 hours in a single-stage two-envelope system, with technical proposals evaluated first followed by financial proposals of technically accepted bids only.
