Description / Scope of Work
The Public Health Engineering Division DIKhan invites electronic bids from eligible Government Registered Contractors on prequalification procedure as per KPPPRA rule no. 16 for the development and provision of a water supply facility to Sheikh Badin under the Annual Development Programme in District DIKhan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The estimated project cost is PKR 171.121 million with a bid security of PKR 3.463 million. The scope of work includes construction of a tube well, pumping chamber, compound wall, boosting stations, supply main and associated infrastructure to enhance water supply services in the target area.
Eligible bidders must hold a minimum C-4 category license registration and meet specific prequalification criteria. Contractors are required to provide relevant work orders and completion certificates for projects with a cost of at least Rs. 150 million or more, or for high security risk area projects. A bank statement demonstrating a minimum balance of Rs. 40 million is mandatory. Technical and administrative staff data must be available for verification. Bidders must submit a technically sound proposal with properly organized and numbered documents without unnecessary attachments. Tampered or fraudulent data will result in proposal rejection and disciplinary action.
Bid solicitation documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned or through the EPADS system on any working day before the closing date. Bidders must submit a single envelope containing the technical proposal through courier before the closing deadline and apply online via EPADs. The bid submission deadline is 06.07.2026 at 12:00 PM noon. Technical bid opening date will be announced along with results of prequalification. All terms and conditions shall be governed by KPPPRA rules, PEC, SBDs and other relevant laws.
