Description / Scope of Work
Interested eligible bidders must download bidding documents from the e-PADS portal at www.punjab.eproc.gov.pk and from the PPRA website www.ppra.org.pk. Electronic bids must be accompanied by scanned Bid Security at 2% of the total estimated cost in the form of CDR or bank cheque issued in favor of the Additional Secretary, Social Welfare & Bait ul Maal Department, Punjab, Lahore, to be received through Bank of Punjab as per the Special Conditions dated 19-05-2026. The original instrument of bid security must be delivered at the Office of the Additional Secretary, Social Welfare & Bait ul Maal Department, Punjab, Lahore, 12-M Model Town Extension, Lahore prior to the closing date. A Single Stage Two Envelopes bidding procedure shall be applied as per rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
