Lahore Garrison University invites sealed tenders from qualified companies and vendors dealing with general orders for the purchase of furniture and renovation of classrooms. This procurement initiative aims to enhance the educational infrastructure and learning environment across the university's facilities in Lahore, Punjab. Prospective bidders must be registered vendors capable of supplying quality furniture and undertaking classroom renovation works in compliance with institutional standards. Tender documents can be collected from the office of the P&LP Department by depositing a non-refundable cash amount of Rs. 1000 in the name of Treasurer Lahore Garrison University. The document collection period runs from 06 July 2026 to 12 July 2026 during office hours from 08:00 am to 02:00 pm. All bidders are required to submit sealed hard copies of their proposals in the prescribed format.
Sealed bids must be received by 17 July 2026 at the office of the Director Procurement, Sector C, Phase VI, DHA, Lahore. Bids received after the deadline will not be entertained. Tender opening is scheduled for 1100 hours on 20 July 2026. The university reserves the right to accept or reject any part or the entire tender at its sole discretion.
