Description / Scope of Work
District Council MBDin invites applications from financially sound and experienced contractors and firms registered on E-PADS for the pre-qualification and execution of the Establishment of New Bus Stand at MBDin Phase-III. The project is estimated at Rs 99,833,315 (approximately Rs 99.833 million) and will be undertaken in Punjab province. Interested contractors and firms must be registered on E-PADS for the year 2025-26 to apply for pre-qualification. The pre-qualification documents containing detailed terms and conditions are available for free download from the website https://punjab.eproc.gov.pk. This project represents significant infrastructure development for enhanced public transportation facilities in the MBDin area.
Applicants must demonstrate financial soundness, relevant work experience in similar construction projects, qualified personnel capabilities, and adequate equipment for executing the work. All required information, credentials, and certificates must be uploaded as specified in the pre-qualification documents. Incomplete or ambiguous submissions will not be considered. District Council MBDin reserves the right to reject any or all applications in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules. Applicants should contact the office of the District Officer (I&S) during working hours for any clarifications regarding the pre-qualification process before the submission deadline.
Applications prepared in accordance with the pre-qualification instructions must be submitted through E-PADS by 08-07-2026 at 12:00 PM (PST). The applications will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM (PST) through E-PADS in the presence of applicants or their representatives who may choose to attend at the District Council MBDin office. All intending contractors and firms must upload the earnest money (CDR) in favor of District Council Mandi Bahauddin at 5% of the estimated bid cost, with original CDR submitted to the Tender Opening Committee half hour before bid opening. The tender bidding documents are available on the PPRA website at http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx and responsive time shall be calculated exclusively from the publication date on the PPRA website.
