DHQ Hospital Toba Tek Singh invites sealed auction bids for the financial year 2026-27 from eligible contractors, firms, companies and individuals registered with the Income Tax and Government Department. The auction comprises two main contracts: Auction Canteen with a minimum reserve price of Rs 3,601,400 (CDR 360,000) and Auction of Used Material valued at CDR 15,000 including used gallons at Rs 30.15 per gallon and used raddhi at Rs 39.51 per kilogram. This procurement is advertised under reference IPL-6261 and covers hospital operations in Toba Tek Singh, Punjab. The hospital seeks qualified bidders to manage these ancillary services and material disposal operations.
Eligibility criteria require all bidders to comply with Government rules and applicable taxes, hold a valid Government Contractor License Category-A under Rule-17A with relevant experience, possess current CNIC and Active NTN Registration, submit a One Year Return, and provide a Rs 500 stamp paper for acceptance of terms. Bidders must not be blacklisted and must hold a Punjab Food Authority License where applicable. Bid security and performance guarantees are mandatory as per Government procurement regulations. Bidding documents for both Canteen and Used Material Auction containing detailed specifications are available at Rs 500 per package (non-refundable) from the hospital address from the publication date until 10:00 AM on the closing date. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes with proper scrutiny forms. The auction opening is scheduled for 30-Jun-2026 at 12:30 PM for Canteen bids and 01:00 PM for Used Material bids at DHQ Hospital, Rajana Road, Toba Tek Singh.
