Description / Scope of Work
Lasbela University of Agriculture, Water and Marine Sciences (LUAWMS), through its Directorate of Planning & Development, invites sealed tender bids for the supply and installation of tube wells at the Sukken and Wadh campuses of the university located in Uthal, Balochistan. The project scope encompasses complete supply, installation, and commissioning of tube well systems with an estimated duration of three months. This procurement is open to qualified contractors and technical specialists capable of delivering water infrastructure solutions to support the university's agricultural and operational requirements in the Lasbela district.
Eligible bidders must hold a valid registration certificate from the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) at C-6 grade or above, possess an active Tax Identification Number (TIN) with a copy of the latest filed income tax return, and submit a notarized affidavit confirming no litigation history and non-blacklisted status. These mandatory documents are essential for bid consideration and must be attached to the technical proposal. Contractors proposing to use technical parties or specialists for critical components must provide detailed information regarding those subcontractors.
