The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Islamabad/Rawalpindi is conducting an open auction of five valuable commercial properties located in Bahria Town, Rawalpindi on an as-is, where-is basis. The properties include two corporate office buildings, an arena cinema, an international academy school building, and a safari club, with total reserve prices ranging from PKR 727 million to PKR 993 million. The auction encompasses premium commercial real estate in Bahria Town Phase II and Phase IV, offering significant investment opportunities in one of Pakistan's premier development zones.
Bidders must submit a security deposit in the form of a Pay Order or Demand Draft made payable to the Chairman NAB before the auction date and time at the NAB Rawalpindi Office located in Sector G-6, Civic Centre, Islamabad. Security deposits for unsuccessful bidders will be returned on the same day. Official bids will commence from the reserve price, and bids below the reserve price will not be accepted. All participants must meet the eligibility criteria outlined in the bidding documents and possess necessary legal capacity to bid.
