Description / Scope of Work
The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA), Regional Head Office located at 6th Gulshan Avenue PAF Link Road in Sargodha, Punjab, is conducting an auction of technical items. This auction is advertised under reference number NADRA/SGD/10/2026 and represents the disposal of surplus or obsolete technical equipment held by the authority. Interested bidders and members of the public are invited to participate in this competitive bidding process to acquire the auctioned technical items. The auction will be conducted in accordance with established procurement regulations and transparency standards.
Bidders must meet specific eligibility and responsiveness requirements to participate. All eligible bidders must possess an active Sales Tax Registration Certificate, valid NTN (National Tax Number) certificate, and proof of active taxpayer status. A non-refundable earnest money deposit of Rs. 17,500 must be submitted in the name of NSRC Disbursement Account RHO NADRA Sargodha (HBL-0005030024872701) with each bid submission. Additionally, bidders must provide a fresh certificate confirming they have never been blacklisted, issued on legal paper. All auction documents must be completely filled out and submitted with supporting documentation.
The selection criteria will award items to the highest qualified bidder for each lot, subject to clearance of basic eligibility and responsiveness requirements. Financial bids have been divided into separate lots for evaluation purposes. In case of identical bids from multiple bidders, preference will be given to the bidder with greater experience as a taxpayer.
