The Institute of Business Administration Karachi invites quotations for the procurement of 47 library books under tender reference RFQ-003825. The books cover diverse academic disciplines including finance, psychology, statistics, entrepreneurship, data science, history, economics, and general literature. Delivery is required to the Stores at IBA Main Campus, University Road, Karachi in Sindh province. The procurement includes one copy each of specialized titles such as Reforming Public Finance by Allen Richard, The Straight Path by Khan Nazir, Bulletproof Problem Solving by Conn Charles, The AI Toolkit for Librarians by McQueen Mike, and numerous other academic and professional texts published between 2014 and 2026. This is a Request for Quotation for educational institution library development.
Prospective bidders must be authorized distributors or publishers of the specified books with valid business registration and tax documentation. Suppliers should provide detailed quotations for each book item with unit prices clearly stated. All books must be original, new condition copies with valid ISBNs matching those specified in the tender document. Bidders are required to acknowledge receipt of the RFQ and confirm availability of all items within the specified timeframe.
Quotations must be submitted by 24 June 2026 at 12:00 PM to the contact person at the Institute.
