Description / Scope of Work
Water & Sanitation Agency (WASA), Sargodha invites electronic bids from eligible contractors, firms, manufacturers, and authorized dealers for the provision and fixing of removable safety mesh/net in sewerage manholes at different locations in Kot Freed subdivision, Sargodha, Punjab. The estimated project cost is Rs. 4,999,470 and the work scope covers supply and installation of safety mesh systems across multiple manhole sites in the Kot Freed area. This procurement is conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS) platform in compliance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the e-PADS registration system and possess valid registration with FBR and PRA (NTN and PNTN). All participating contractors and firms are required to submit a bid security (CDR or Bank Guarantee) amounting to Rs. 249,974, equivalent to 5 percent of the estimated cost, from any scheduled bank in Pakistan. The bid security must be submitted in physical form in an envelope marked with the tender title at the Deputy Director (West) Division's Office, opposite Company Bagh, Sargodha, before the electronic bid submission deadline. Conditional tenders will not be accepted and tendered rates must be provided in both figures and words.
Bidding documents are available free of charge for download from the e-PADS portal at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk and the Authority's website at https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk. Electronic bids must be submitted by 08th July 2026 at 2:00 PM, with opening scheduled for the same date at 2:30 PM. Bids remain valid for 120 days from submission. Interested bidders should upload complete bid files in PDF format well before the deadline to ensure successful submission. The procuring Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance under Punjab PP Rules 2014 Rule-35.
