Description / Scope of Work
Water & Sanitation Agency (WASA), Sargodha invites electronic bids for providing and fixing removable safety mesh/net in sewerage manholes at different locations in New Satellite Town Sub Division, Sargodha, Punjab. The estimated project cost is Rs. 4,990,073/-, and the scope encompasses supply and installation of safety mesh/net systems across multiple manhole locations in the Sargodha area to enhance worker safety and prevent accidental falls. This is a single-stage, one-envelope procurement conducted through the e-PADS (e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System) portal.
Eligible bidders must be contractors, firms, manufacturers, or authorized dealers registered with the e-PADS registration system and registered with FBR and PRA (holding valid NTN and PNTN). Submission of a bid security (CDR or Bank Guarantee) of Rs. 249,504/- (5% of estimated cost) from any scheduled bank in Pakistan is mandatory, to be submitted in physical form at the Deputy Director (West) Division office, Opposite Company Bagh, Sargodha, before the e-bid deadline. The bid validity period is 120 days.
Bidding documents are available free of charge for download from the e-PADS portal at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk and the Authority's website at https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk. Bidders must upload completed e-bids (PDF format) on the e-PADS portal by 08 July 2026 at 02:00 PM; e-bids will be opened at 02:30 PM the same day. Submission of encrypted electronic files constitutes submission in the required envelope format. Conditional tenders will not be accepted. All rates and amounts must be stated in both figures and words. Bidders are responsible for timely upload and are advised not to wait until the deadline. Corrupt, unreadable, or virus-infected files will be rejected.
