Pakistan Railways invites sealed bids for the lease of Royal Palm Golf & Country Club (RPGCC), located in Lahore, Pakistan, for an initial period of 21 years with further extension possible for 14 years. Eligible bidders must be experienced firms or companies with demonstrated competence in golf club and hospitality sectors. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security amounting to Pakistani Rupees 10 Million (non-refundable), to be enclosed with the technical proposal as per the format specified in the bidding documents. A pre-bid conference is scheduled for 14 July 2026 at 11:00 hrs PST at Royal Palm Golf & Country Club. Sealed bids must be delivered to the Facilitation Office by 11 August 2026 at 14:30 hrs PST, with technical proposal opening on the same date and venue at 15:00 hrs PST in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives.
