Description / Scope of Work
The Eye Care Project is seeking quotations for the procurement of specialized cataract surgery consumables and equipment required for ongoing eye care operations. The tender involves supply of critical surgical items including irrigation and aspiration tubing (Nidek Fortas), phaco tips and sleeves (2.8mm), vitrectomy cutters (20g), chambers, A Scan biometers, and UBM water baths in specified quantities. This procurement is essential to support the project's cataract surgery program and related ophthalmic procedures across Federal locations.
Vendors interested in bidding must be registered with Sales Tax authorities and possess valid NTN and STRN credentials. All quotations must include approved product samples and must clearly specify NTN and STRN numbers. Vendors should note that all applicable taxes must be included in the quoted prices, and only Sales Tax Registered Vendors will be given preference during evaluation. Bid security requirements and qualification criteria will be assessed based on sample approval and documentation completeness.
Quotations must be submitted by 28 June 2026 to iehpproj@gmail.com with physical samples attached to the bid. Payments will be processed through crossed cheque within fifteen days of delivery, subject to tax deductions and approval of supplied samples against the specifications provided. Interested suppliers should ensure samples are approved before final quotation submission to avoid rejection.
