Pakistan Security Printing Corporation (Pvt.) Ltd, located in Karachi, invites sealed bids for the supply of Lithium Bromide Solution at 50% concentration in accordance with detailed technical specifications. This is a single stage one envelope procurement process advertised under reference LP/T-4120-B/26/ABZ. The bidder must ensure stock is readily available for urgent delivery and may submit maximum two options with separate pricing. All pages of the bid document must be signed and stamped by the bidder as a mandatory requirement for bid validity.
Bidders must demonstrate previous experience in supplying Lithium Bromide (LIBR) by submitting relevant Purchase Orders as proof of capability. The tender evaluation will give preference to bids offering minimum delivery periods even if not commercially the lowest, recognizing the time-sensitive nature of this procurement. Non-compliance with mandatory conditions including prior experience documentation and stock availability confirmation will result in automatic bid rejection. Earnest money from unsuccessful bidders will be refunded within five days of posting the Final Evaluation Report on EPADS and PPRA portals.
