Description / Scope of Work
Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC) invites bids for the hiring and rental of premises suitable for a Sub Zonal Office located in Tando Hyder, Sindh Province. The required premises must consist of at least 2 to 3 rooms with an additional room or storage space as an added advantage, admeasuring a total area between 1500 to 4000 square feet. The premises must include sufficient parking area for official vehicles. This tender enquiry is referenced as SSGC/SC/PT/EPADS/14311 and bidders are required to participate through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) in accordance with SRO 296(1)/2023 dated 8th March 2023 and the E-Pak Procurement Regulations 2023.
Bidders must ensure compliance with all eligibility criteria and submission requirements as detailed in the tender document available on the SSGC website and EPADS portal. A physical bid bond must be submitted to the Tender Room at SSGC Head Office in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi before the bid submission deadline, with a scanned copy also uploaded on EPADS. All documents including the BOQ/Bid Form, Schedule of Requirements, technical literature if any, Form-X, and all signatures and stamps must be properly completed and submitted. Tender fees amount to Rs. 0 (Free). Non-availability of required information or incomplete statements on the bidders' checklist may result in rejection of the bid at or after bid opening.
Bid documents are available for download from EPADS and the SSGC website. Bids must be submitted electronically on EPADS before the deadline of 23 July 2026 at 11:00 hours. The physical bid bond must reach SSGC Head Office, Sir Shah Suleman Road, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, P.O. Box 17989, Karachi-75300 before bid submission closure.
