THQ Hospital Kallar Syedan, a government healthcare facility in Rawalpindi, Punjab, invites sealed bids from eligible bidders, manufacturers, authorized sales and service dealers, distributors and firms for the supply of radiology items under a framework contract for the financial year 2026-2027. The estimated contract value is Rs. 2,500,000 (2.50 million), and bidding is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. This framework contract will establish an approved vendor for the supply of radiology equipment and materials required for the hospital's diagnostic and medical imaging services.
Eligible bidders must be manufacturers, authorized dealers, or distributors with valid registration. A bid security of 2 percent of the estimated cost (Rs. 50,000) is required in the form of a bank guarantee, CDR, pay order, demand draft, or banker's cheque from a scheduled bank of Pakistan, payable to the Medical Superintendent. The bid security must be submitted in original format before bid opening. Additionally, a performance guarantee of 5 percent of the contract value will be required from the successful bidder. Bidders must provide registration letters or certificates of valid national tax number, income tax registration, and general sales tax compliance as applicable.
Bidding documents are available free of cost from the E-PAD's portal (https://eprocure.gov.pk) and on the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk). This is a single-stage, one-envelope open competitive bidding procedure. Sealed bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS only; manual submissions are not permitted. Bids will be opened on 11-07-2026 at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidder representatives at the office of the Medical Superintendent.
