Ghulam Muhammad Mahar Medical College Teaching Hospital Sukkur, operating under the Government of Sindh Health Department, invites sealed bids for the supply of life saving medical gases and supplies including oxygen, nitrous oxide and other related items for the financial year 2026-27. This tender is issued to procure critical medical gases essential for hospital operations across various departments and wards in Sukkur. The tender is open to interested suppliers and contractors who meet the prescribed eligibility criteria. Electronic bids must be submitted exclusively through the EPADS system; manual bids will not be accepted. Bidders are required to register on the EPAD system at the designated link for submission of electronic bids. The bid validity period is 90 days and may be extended as per relevant rules.
Bidders must submit an original Pay Order for the tender fee (non-refundable) and original Bid Security amounting to Rs. 500,000 separately with the covering letter. Conditional tenders against government policy shall not be entertained and will result in rejection. Performance security at 5 percent in the shape of a pay order is required. All bidders should be registered and verified suppliers with the necessary licenses to supply medical gases. Local bidders are preferred to ensure swift emergency supply of life-critical medical materials. The purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities at any stage and to modify specifications as needed.
