Description / Scope of Work
The Local Purchase Division of Pakistan Navy invites sealed tenders for the supply of marine equipment and consumables for naval operations. The tender bulletin specifies procurement of three main items: Yamalube marine oil (123 liters), detergent water soluble general item (90 liters), and a fresh water hydrophoretic pump set (1 unit). The tender is issued from Pakistan Navy's Local Purchase Division in Sindh, with detailed technical specifications and manufacturer details provided for each item. The procurement scope includes locally available and imported items with varying delivery timelines and technical requirements as outlined in the tender documentation.
Eligibility and bid security requirements are strictly enforced for this tender. All firms, whether registered or unregistered with HQ COMLOG, must pay a non-refundable tender fee of Rs 500 per quotation in the form of bank draft, pay order, crossed cheque, or online transfer to the designated PN Nonpublic Fund LP Division IT Fund Account. Non-registered firms are additionally required to provide a bid guarantee at five percent of the purchase order value, valid for six months, though registration with HQ COMLOG exempts firms from this requirement. Firms are encouraged to register with HQ COMLOG by contacting the SO Contract office to avoid bid guarantee payments. Lab testing charges, if any, shall be borne by the supplying firm.
Bid documents can be obtained from the Local Purchase Division through multiple communication channels including telephone, email, or WhatsApp messaging. Tenders are to be submitted with all required technical data sheets, brochures, or item photographs enclosed with quotations. The tender opening is scheduled for 14 July 2026. Standard delivery time for locally available items is 15 days and for imported items is 45 days.
