Description / Scope of Work
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL), a leading gas utility in Pakistan, invites bids for the supply of Gas Meters Domestic Class 250/G-6 under Tender Enquiry No. SND-2617/26. This procurement covers the supply of domestic gas meters conforming to specified technical standards, to be delivered to SNGPL's Base Stores Manga (D) location. The tender is open to both foreign suppliers through local agents and local manufacturers, with bids invited on a single stage two envelope system comprising separate technical and financial proposals. The bidding process is governed by comprehensive general terms, technical specifications, and commercial conditions as detailed in the tender documents.
Eligibility requirements include submission of a valid Bid Bond as per Annexure-II, equivalent to the bid amount in accordance with clause 17 of Instructions to Bidders. For offers made on DPU (Delivered at Place Unloaded) basis, bidders must provide copies of Sales Tax Registration Certificate and Income Tax Certificate. Technical proposals must include detailed literature, a completed questionnaire (Appendix-D), clause-by-clause commentary on technical specifications (Appendix-F), quantity offered, and delivery period. Financial proposals shall contain the price schedule with bid bond in original. All bidders are required to sign an Integrity Pact and provide a Declaration of Beneficial Owner's Information as specified in Annexure-IV and Annexure-VIII respectively.
The tender documents are available from SNGPL Gas House, 21 Kashmir Road, Lahore, Pakistan. Sealed bids comprising original plus two copies each of technical and financial proposals must be submitted in duplicate sealed covers marked CONFIDENTIAL before 03.08.2026 at 1430 hours to the General Manager (Procurement). Bids will be publicly opened on the same date at 1500 hours at the above address. Technical proposals will be evaluated first without reference to price, with financial proposals of technically acceptable bids opened thereafter.
