SBP Banking Services Corporation invites Expression of Interest from eligible entities on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue to conduct SBP Sentiments Surveys at State Bank of Pakistan in Karachi, Sindh. The consultancy services procurement will be executed through Quality and Cost Based Selection method under Regulation-3 (B) of the Procurement of Consultancy Services Regulations 2010. Selected firms will submit detailed Technical and Financial Proposals via EPADS following the Request for Proposal process. This engagement involves comprehensive sentiment analysis and survey operations at the central bank's headquarters located in Karachi.
Eligibility requirements mandate that prospective bidders must be registered entities on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. Bidders are required to submit expressions of interest containing complete assignment descriptions and terms and conditions as detailed in the EOI Documents available on the E-PADS portal at www.eprocure.gov.pk. The pre-submission meeting is scheduled for July 10, 2026 at 11:00 AM via Zoom, with meeting credentials provided in the EOI Documents or obtainable through email request at usd.proc2@sbp.org.pk.
Electronic EOI responses must be prepared according to instructions in the EOI Documents and submitted through E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System before July 24, 2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening scheduled the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual proposals will not be accepted.
