Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO), under its Material Management Directorate, is issuing a Standard Bidding Document for the national procurement of PVC 4 Core, 25mm² electrical cable on a single stage-one envelope basis. This is a goods procurement tender for essential electrical cable supply required for distribution and operational purposes across IESCO's service territory in the Federal Territory. The procurement follows standardised bidding procedures with evaluation based on competitive pricing and supplier qualifications. Interested bidders must meet specified eligibility criteria including valid business registration, technical capacity to supply the required specifications, and demonstrated production capability.
