State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan (SLIC) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of one new 135 KVA generator for the Karachi IT Datacenter. This is a goods procurement under the FY 2026-27 budget for the Karachi branch of SLIC, located in the Sindh province. The tender is issued by the Central Procurement Division of SLIC and references project P54674. The procurement follows a Single Stage-Two Envelope process using the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and applicable regulations issued by the relevant authority.
Bidders must be eligible and registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a pay order or a bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents. Bidders should possess relevant experience and technical capability in supplying industrial generators of the specified capacity and should comply with all statutory and licensing requirements applicable in Pakistan.
