Description / Scope of Work
Sui Southern Gas Company Limited invites sealed quotations for the supply, installation, testing, integration and commissioning of a complete SCADA system on a turnkey basis at four locations: MVA-25 at Pod Jhal Magsi, MVA-50, MVA-75, and VA-Shori in Sindh Province. This is a comprehensive single package procurement under single stage two envelope bidding procedure as per PPRA Rules 2004. The tender enquiry reference is SSGC/LP/EPADS/PT/2166195 with earnest money (bid bond) fixed at PKR 296,000. The project scope includes all field instruments, PLC/controller, radio modem, and solar charge controller required for complete system installation and commissioning at the specified locations.
Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C4 or above with specialized codes CEO8, EE03, EE04, EE07, or EE08. The bidder is required to provide valid OEM or OEM-authorized distributor/reseller certificates for all field instruments, PLC/controller, radio modem, and solar charge controller to be supplied under this project. Additionally, suppliers must be active in the FBR Active Tax Payer List (ATL) at the time of bid submission. All bids must be submitted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). A pre-bid meeting has been scheduled for 15 July 2026 at 1500 hours at the Conference Room in the Procurement Department, 2nd floor of SSGC Head Office, opposite Expo Center, Karachi.
Bid documents are available for download from the EPADS (e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System) portal. Bidders must submit the physical bid bond to the Tender Room at CRD Building, Ground Floor, SSGC Head Office Complex, Karachi 75300 before the bid deadline, and upload a scanned copy on EPADS. The bid closing date and time is 23 July 2026 at 1030 hours, with bid opening scheduled for 23 July 2026 at 1100 hours at the same venue.
