Water and Sanitation Agency Lahore invites competitive bids for the rehabilitation of Nishter Sludge Carrier Drain located in the Drainage Sub Division of Nishter Town, Lahore, Punjab. The project has an approved estimated cost of Rs. 1,009,550 and must be completed within 20 days. This tender, referenced as XEN(O&M-I) N.T/2025-26/99, is issued under the technical sanction number XEN(O&M-I) NT/4270-73 dated 27 June 2026. The work involves comprehensive rehabilitation and restoration of the sludge carrier drain infrastructure to ensure proper drainage functionality in the Nishter Town area.
Bidders must be registered on the E-PAD (Electronic Procurement and Disbursement) system as per Government of Punjab directives for the financial year 2025-26. A bid security of Rs. 20,191 (equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost) in the form of a Demand Draft, Call Deposit Receipt, Pay Order, Bank Cheque, or Special Deposit Receipt is mandatory. Bidders are required to submit an original CDR along with their application half an hour before the tender opening time. Bids with cutting, amendments, conditional terms, or without earnest money shall be rejected. Current PPRA (Public Procurement Regulatory Authority) Rules will be strictly applied, and submission of fake documents or false information will result in disqualification and blacklisting from all WASA Lahore tendering processes.
Interested contractors and firms must obtain tender documents through the E-PAD portal and submit their bids electronically only; manual bids are not acceptable. The submission deadline is 18 July 2026 at 12:00 PM, with bids opening on the same day at 12:30 PM at the office of the XEN (O&M-I) Nishter Town in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee.
