Description / Scope of Work
The Civil Works Department of Karachi Port Trust (KPT) invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for the procurement of civil works related to cleaning of sewerage line at KPT West Wharf Area in Karachi, Federal province. This is a running contract for a duration of six months. The procurement is planned under the FY 2026-27 financial year budget allocation, and the contract will cover eligible payments for sewerage line maintenance and cleaning services at the designated wharf area location. The selection will be conducted using the Single Stage-One Envelope method adopting Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
All bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 (e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System) to participate in this procurement process. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Pay Order as specified in the bidding documents, or alternatively, a bid securing declaration in the prescribed format.
