The Chief Minister Package for Quetta Development invites sealed electronic bids for the Integrated Development Project for Parking at AG Office, Health Department F&S, and Reconstruction of Science College Class Rooms, including construction of a Parking Plaza and Science College Classrooms. The project is valued at PKR 714,926,230 and is located in Quetta, Balochistan Province. This procurement is conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 and is open to all eligible bidders. Active taxpayers must have valid Balochistan Revenue Authority tax clearance certificates, and bidders cannot be blacklisted by any government procurement agency of Pakistan. Bidders are required to demonstrate technical and financial capacity, having completed at least two similar assignments of comparable value, with documented turn-over of at least PKR 500 million in the preceding three years. Registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) at Grade C-2 or above (Type 1003 million) is mandatory for relevant category work, along with active membership in the Balochistan Chamber of Commerce and Industry or similar registered trade body. Bid security must be submitted as a bank guarantee or deposit at call of 2 percent in the specified currency, drawn from a scheduled bank.
