The University of Sindh, Jamshoro invites electronic bids for the repair and renovation of Marvi Girls Hostel Blocks A, B and C including external development work under the Government of Sindh approved Non-ADP Scheme 2025-26 titled Rehabilitation of Students Facilities & Other Infrastructure Facilities of University of Sindh, Jamshoro. The estimated project cost is Rs 79,387,777, with a completion period of six months. This is a civil engineering and infrastructure development project managed through single-stage two-envelope national bidding procedure via the Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority's e-procurement portal (EPADS).
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue as active taxpayers, registered with Sindh Revenue Board as active taxpayers, and registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant construction categories with current valid licenses. Bidders must hold a valid Electrical License for Hyderabad Region and must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency or listed on the SPPRA blacklist website. A bid security of 5 percent (Rs 3,969,390) is required. Bidders should demonstrate at least five years of experience in similar services within higher education institutions and large public sector organizations, with minimum annual turnover of Rs 80 million over the preceding five years, verified by bank statements and annual turnover certificates.

Original tender fee and bid security must be submitted to the Director Finance, University of Sindh, prior to bid opening. Electronic bids must be submitted by 11:00 AM on September 3, 2026, with bid opening scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same date.
