Description / Scope of Work
Hazara Electric Supply Company (HAZECO) is acquiring materials and components for the construction and installation of a 66 KV Redundant Transmission Line between Hawaiian and Abbottabad in Balochistan province. This procurement encompasses fourteen major items including SM Type Towers (45 units), ZM-30 Type Towers (4 units), SPD Type Tubular Poles (7 units), Landative 60 Towers (2 units), GS Type Towers (11 units), Lynx and Dog Conductors totaling approximately 39,360 meters, disc insulators, damper weights, arcing rings, PG clamps, suspension clamps, tension clamps, and sky wire measuring 15,500 meters. The transmission line project is critical infrastructure development for the region's electrical supply network with a reserve price of PKR 40,213,289 and earnest money requirement of 10 percent.
Bidders participating in this procurement must be registered and eligible entities capable of supplying high-voltage electrical transmission components and materials. The tender requires submission of earnest money (EMD) equivalent to 10 percent of the reserve price, amounting to PKR 4,021,329. Prospective bidders should ensure they possess the necessary technical qualifications and experience in supplying transmission line equipment and materials as per UNSPSC codes specified in the bid documents.
Bid documents are available through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (ePADS) portal. Interested bidders should obtain complete tender documentation from the system and submit their sealed bids by the closing date of July 20, 2026. The bid opening will take place on the scheduled date at the office of Hazara Electric Supply Company, HAZECO HQ, Gulistan Colony, College Road, Abbottabad.
