Taluka Head Quarter Hospital Kot Ghulam Muhammad in District Mirpurkhas, Sindh invites electronic bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposable System (EPADS) on DDP basis for the procurement of 15% Local Purchase Medicines and allied items, Miscellaneous items for other stores, Dietary items including expenditure on diet for patients, Life Savings Medical Supplies such as Oxygen Gas, and Specific or Generic Consumables for the financial year 2026-2027. The tender is issued under SPPRA Rule Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure with a total bid value of fifteen thousand rupees for tender opening fees. The procurement scope includes five main categories: 15% Local Purchase Medicines with opening tender fees of Rs. 10,000 and four miscellaneous, dietary and medical supply items each with tender fees of Rs. 5,000.
Eligible bidders must possess a valid Income Tax Certificate, current GST Registration Certificate, Chamber of Commerce Certificate, Sindh Food Authority Certificate where applicable, and valid Professional Tax Certificate. Bidders are required to submit audited statements of accounts from a Chartered Accountant for the last three years, demonstrate minimum three years of experience with documentary proof, provide bank certificates confirming turnover details, and submit copies of authorized dealership or manufacturer certificates. All bidders must provide an affidavit confirming no involvement in litigation regarding abandoned procurement and no previous blacklisting by any executing agency. The bid validity period is 90 days and earnest money of 3% of the bid amount must be submitted as a pay order or demand draft before bid opening.
Tender documents can be downloaded from the PPRA Sindh EPADS website or purchased from the Office of the Medical Superintendent at THQ Hospital Kot Ghulam Muhammad, District Mirpurkhas during office hours by obtaining a tender receipt upon payment of the non-refundable fee. Bids must comply with all terms and conditions outlined in the standard bidding documents and be duly signed and stamped on each page. The tender will be opened on 21-07-2026 at 11:30 AM at THQ Hospital Kot Ghulam Muhammad. All bidders must submit required supporting documentation including detailed company profiles, appropriateness of supply schedules, and undertakings regarding litigation and blacklisting status.
