The Medical Superintendent, Category-B Hospital Charsadda in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province invites competitive bids for the procurement of various medicines and medical consumables required for hospital operations. This is a comprehensive tender for supply of essential medicines, surgical materials, and healthcare consumables valued at Rs. 1,000,000. The procurement covers items such as pharmaceutical supplies, medical devices, diagnostic materials, and related healthcare products necessary for effective patient care at the hospital. Bidders are required to be registered with the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council or equivalent regulatory body, holding valid licenses for pharmaceutical supply operations in Pakistan. Bid security of Rs. 1,000,000 or equivalent bank guarantee must be submitted with the tender application. Bidders must comply with all statutory requirements and provide documented evidence of registration with relevant authorities. Bid documents can be obtained from the hospital's administration office during working hours on submission of application. Sealed bids must be submitted to the Hospital Administrator's office at B Hospital Charsadda on or before the closing date specified in the tender notification. Technical bids will be opened on the announced date followed by financial bid evaluation. The Medical Superintendent reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning reasons. All procurement shall be conducted in accordance with government procurement rules and regulations applicable in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
