Taluka Head Quarter Hospital Kot Ghulam Muhammad in Mirpurkhas district, Sindh invites e-bids through E-Pak Acquisition and Disposable System (EPADS) on DDP basis (excluding GST) for the purchase of 15% Local Purchase medicines and allied items, miscellaneous items, dietary items for patient expenditure, life savings medical supplies including oxygen gas, and specific or generic consumables during the financial year 2026-2027. The tender is issued by the Office of the Medical Superintendent under SPPRA Rule Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure with a total estimated value of Rs 40,000 across five procurement items. Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions can be viewed and downloaded from the PPRA Sindh EPADS website or purchased from the office during working hours.
Eligible bidders must possess latest Income Tax Certificate (NTN), valid GST registration, detailed company profile, Chamber of Commerce Certificate current year valid, Sindh Food Authority Certificate for dietary items, professional tax certificate from Excise and Taxation department, minimum three years documented experience with bank certificate, authorized dealership or manufacturer certificate, and affidavits confirming no litigation and no previous blacklisting by executing agencies. Earnest money of 3% of bid amount must be submitted as pay order or demand draft in favour of Medical Superintendent THQ Hospital Kot Ghulam Muhammad prior to bid opening. The bid validity period is 90 days.
