Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, Lahore invites e-bids from eligible and registered bidders for the procurement of multiple categories of medical supplies and consumables for the financial year 2026-27. The tender encompasses the purchase of bath medicines, drugs, cotton, gauze, bandages, disinfectants and antiseptics, inhalation insufflates and serofluidane, IV infusions and drops, surgical disposable medical devices in the new drug category, surgical sutures, dental items and materials, laboratory kits, reagents and chemicals for clinical use, and chemicals on request rental basis through day-to-day supply. This comprehensive procurement aims to ensure adequate availability of essential medical and laboratory supplies required for hospital operations throughout the fiscal year. The estimated scope represents a significant healthcare procurement initiative for one of Lahore's premier medical institutions.
Bidders must be registered on the E-Procurement System EPADS of Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority to participate. All applicants are required to register with PPRA and meet the applicable laws and PPRA Rules requirements. Current PPRA Rules and Amendments shall be strictly enforced. Technical proposals must include detailed terms and conditions, and a bid security equal to two percent of the bid amount must be submitted with the technical bid. Single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure shall be adopted as detailed in PPRA guidelines. Bids must be properly indexed and signed by authorized representatives of the firm.
Bidding documents are available online through the EPADS website at http://punjab.egovcore.gov.pk. E-bids must be submitted on the E-Procurement System by the specified closing date and time of 10:30 am on 28th July 2026 in the first floor CDR/Back Office Room, Medical Superintendent Block. Technical bids will be opened on the same date and time at the specified location. All laws of the Government of Punjab apply. Response time shall be calculated exclusively from the date of publication on the PPRA website.
