Pakistan Air Force invites sealed tenders for supply, purchase, repair and overhaul of various aircraft components, equipment and services across multiple air bases in Punjab and Sindh provinces. The procurement covers items including helicopter parts, avionics equipment, radio and communication systems, electronic equipment, electro-medical devices, precision measuring instruments, optronics, networking equipment, software licenses, security and surveillance systems, calibration services, technical solutions, mechanical transport spares, office equipment, refrigerants, tyres, batteries, paints, chemicals and packing materials. Tenders are issued by DP Air C/O PAF Base Nur Khan Rawalpindi, No 107 AED PAF Base Faisal (Logistics), No 110 ALD PAF Base Lahore, No 101 ALC PAF Base Faisal Karachi, and No 105 AED PAF Base Malir. The procurement plan for fiscal year 2026-2027 includes varied goods and services required for operational and maintenance purposes.
Eligibility criteria require that vendors, suppliers, firms and companies must be duly registered with relevant boards, possess valid professional tax certificates in their province of Sindh with active NTN status, and be financially sound. Suppliers must comply with Public Procurement Rules 2004 (revised 2021) and in-vogue PAF procedures. Quotations must include technical specifications with mandatory samples; quotations without samples will be rejected. Financial and technical quotations should be submitted in separate sealed envelopes bearing validity of ninety days. A treasury challan of Rs. 2,000 debitable to Main Head XLVII must be submitted prior to tender document issuance.
Bid documents can be downloaded from the PAF website www.paf.gov.pk under the Media and General Instructions sections, or obtained from respective bases on working days. Sealed tenders must be submitted by 21 July 2026 at 1000 hours, with opening scheduled for the same day at 1100 hours.
