For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
A district-level procurement for a complete 9-panel LED video wall system with controller and software for a government nerve center. The specification is precise and technical, indicating a defined requirement. Scale is medium with likely contract value in the range of PKR 2.5 to 4.5 million based on typical video wall pricing in Pakistan. This is a one-off infrastructure project with a relatively short bidding window of 15 days minimum; bidders must be EPADS-registered and have capacity for immediate installation and commissioning. Competition is likely moderate given the technical nature and government procurement framework.
Who can bid: Bidders must be EPADS-registered firms, authorized dealers or distributors eligible under KP-PPRA Rules 2014. Typically, firms must hold valid business registration (SECP) and National Tax Number (NTN). Section VIII specifies detailed qualification criteria; review of financial soundness and experience with similar video wall installations is expected. No specific category restriction stated for non-construction ICT procurement.
