Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited (PIDCL) under the Ministry of Housing and Works, Government of Pakistan, invites sealed bids for provision and fixing of CC turf pavers in different streets across multiple districts of Karachi, Sindh. The tender comprises twelve separate work packages covering areas including Gulshan-e-Jamal, Qasba Colony, Baldia Town, Korangi, Model Town, and other localities in Karachi with estimated project values ranging from Rs 2.73 million to Rs 7.54 million per package. This is a Single Stage One Envelope procurement conducted through the online e-PADS 2.0 platform. Firms having valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) are eligible to submit bids. Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and possess all required licenses and certifications. Bid security requirements vary by package value and must be submitted as per detailed Bills of Quantities (BoQs) and specifications provided in tender documents. Bids and supporting documents must be submitted electronically via the e-PADS 2.0 system. The tender documents and Bill of Quantities are available online through the PIDCL e-PADS 2.0 portal. Technical bids will be opened on 30-07-2026 at 10:30 AM at the PIDCL office. Bidders must include sealed tender bids accompanied by all required instruments including bid security, performance guarantees, and FBR registration certificates.
