Description / Scope of Work
Gujranwala Electric Power Company Limited (GEPCO) invites bids for the construction of retaining walls around 08 transmission tower structures located on three 132 kilovolt transmission lines in Punjab province. The project encompasses towers situated on the 132KV transmission line Q.D. Singh to DHA-1, the 132KV transmission line Nokhar to Q.D. Singh/Fateh Pur, and the 132KV transmission line Nokhar to Khiali. Construction specifications shall be executed as per site requirement and technical drawings provided by the employer. This tender is issued under reference number 02/26/GSO/GRW/2025-26 by the Executive Engineer SS&T/L Division of GEPCO and represents a significant infrastructure maintenance and safety improvement project for the power distribution network in the region.
Bidders must meet all eligibility criteria as stipulated in the tender documents, including possession of relevant registration with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), valid business registration, and appropriate experience in similar civil construction works for power sector projects. Bidders are required to submit bid security as specified in the bid data sheet. The tender follows the Public Procurement Regulatory Framework of Pakistan, including the Public Procurement Ordinance 2002 and Public Procurement Rules 2004. All bidders, whether local or foreign from eligible countries, must comply with the technical and financial qualification requirements detailed in Section V of the bidding documents.

Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes in accordance with the instructions provided in Section II of the tender documents. The bid opening ceremony is scheduled for 10 August 2026 at the office of the Executive Engineer SS&T/L Division.
