Description / Scope of Work
Khyber Teaching Hospital, a medical teaching institution in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites sealed bids through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) for the supply and installation of air conditioning units, specifically split air conditioners. This tender is issued for the fiscal year 2026-27 and represents procurement by a public sector medical institution to upgrade cooling infrastructure at its facilities in Peshawar. The tender is open to eligible bidders and will be evaluated through a single-stage, single-envelope procurement method as per KPPRA regulations.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for income tax and sales tax, appear on the Active Tax Payer (ATL) list maintained by FBR, and be registered on the EPADS platform. Bidders are also required to be registered with KPRA where mandatory under KPPRA rules. A bid security in the form of a Cash Deposit Receipt (CDR) of PKR 200,000 must be submitted from the firm's account in favor of the Hospital Director. A non-refundable tender fee of PKR 2,000 must accompany all bids in favor of KTH Fund Account (BOK) with account number PK15KHYB0121003003116602. Pay orders will not be accepted as bid security.

The pre-bid meeting will be held on 22 July 2026 at 11:00 am at the Supply Chain Department. Bids must be submitted on or before 3 August 2026 at 10:00 am through EPADS, with tender opening scheduled for the same date at 10:30 am at the Supply Chain Department.
