Description / Scope of Work
Purebred Buffalo Breeding & Dairy Farm Dera Ismail Khan, operating under the Livestock and Dairy Development Department of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites electronic bids through ePADS of KP-PPRA for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement encompasses animal ration items including wheat straw, wheat bran, vanda, green fodder, crushed maize grain, crushed wheat grain, silage, and sugar beet pulp. Additionally, the farm seeks to procure fodder seeds such as sadabahar seed, berseem seed, alfa alfa seed, and sesbania seed, along with fertilizers including urea fertilizer and DAP fertilizer. The total estimated cost of all procurements is Rs. 10 million, with the tender issued under single stage single envelope procedure applicable to Government Registered Contractors only.
Eligibility is restricted to Government Registered Contractors meeting the qualification criteria set by KP-PPRA. Bidders must submit bid security in the form of a call deposit receipt at two percent of the total estimated cost, which amounts to Rs. 2,00,000/-. The security deposit must be issued in the name of Deputy Director Purebred Buffalo Breeding & Dairy Farm D I Khan and submitted either by hand at the P.E office or through registered courier service on or before the closing date. The approved rates shall remain effective until 30 June 2027.
Standard bidding documents including items specifications, terms and conditions, and technical evaluation criteria are available online through ePADS or during office hours from the undersigned upon payment of Rs. 1,000/-, which is non-refundable till the last date of the bid. Tender documents must be submitted by 11:00 AM on 27 July 2026, with opening scheduled for 12:00 PM the same day. The competent authority reserves the right to cancel the tender at any stage before opening, with notification to all contractors through ePADS and telephone.
