For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
AJK BISE is procuring 347 units of sports goods across eight categories including medals, shields, track suits and uniforms for annual sports events.
The order is modest in scale but requires samples submission and tax registration. Bidders face a tight deadline (approximately 45 days to prepare) and must secure CDR bid security. This appears to be a recurring annual procurement, typical for educational boards organizing inter-school competitions.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered as active taxpayers with FBR's Active Tax Payer List and provide proof of sales tax registration. Blacklisted firms are ineligible. Typically, suppliers of sports goods must hold valid business registration from SECP or relevant authority in AJK, maintain current tax compliance, and hold no adverse procurement record.
