Punjab Cattle Market Management & Development Company, Multan Division invites sealed e-bids from registered companies and enterprises for the construction of a boundary wall and entry/exit gates at Gaggo Cattle Market in District Vehari, Punjab. This project is valued at Rs. 20,009,056 with an estimated bid security of Rs. 1,000,453. The scope includes boundary wall construction and installation of entry and exit gates at the facility. Bidders must be registered with e-PADS and possess valid registration with FBR, PRA (NTN and PSTN) and PRRA for E-Procurement on the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System. The contract category requires PEC Category C-6 and above with Code CE-10 certification.
Eligible bidders must be companies, firms or enterprises registered in the e-PADS registration system and with FBR and PRA. All bids must be accompanied by original bid security instruments in the form of CDR, pay order or demand draft in the name of Punjab Cattle Market Management & Development Company, Multan Division. The bid security document must be submitted in a clearly marked envelope with the tender title before the e-bid submission deadline at the company's Multan Division office.
Bidders should obtain complete bidding documents by uploading PDF files through the E-Procurement System (e-PADS) at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk. The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 9th July 2026 at the PCMMDC Multan Division Office. E-bids must be submitted online by 20th July 2026 at 11:00 AM with opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM. Only technically responsive bidders will qualify for financial bid opening. Bids remain valid for 90 days, and the company reserves the right to reject any or all bids under PPRA Rule 35.
