Description / Scope of Work
The Health & Population Department, Punjab invites bids for a framework contract for procurement of repair and maintenance of air conditioning services for the Health Information & Service Delivery Unit (HISDU) located at 01-Birdwood Road, Lahore. This framework contract will establish rates and terms for AC repair and maintenance services to ensure optimal cooling system performance across HISDU facilities. The contract will be awarded to qualified bidders capable of providing timely and professional AC maintenance and repair services throughout the contract period.
Eligible bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and must possess valid business registration certificates. Bidders must submit bid security as specified in the bidding documents, and all bids must comply with the technical specifications and terms outlined in the bidding document. Local and international bidders are welcome to participate, provided they meet the eligibility requirements and submit all required documentation establishing their qualifications and financial capacity.
