The Auqaf Directorate (Shrine Wing) Islamabad invites electronic bids from eligible contractors for the annual auction and operation of toilet facilities at Darbar Hazrat Bari Imam (R.A) shrine in Islamabad for the fiscal year 2026-27. This is a one-year contract procured through open auction under the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure as per PPRA rules. The bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications and service requirements are available for download from the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (ePADS) at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/ with submission and opening scheduled for 30th July 2026.
Prospective bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and maintain active status on the Active Taxpayer List. A refundable bid security of Rs. 951,000 in the form of a bank draft made payable to Deputy Director (Auqaf), Islamabad is mandatory with each bid. Bidders are required to upload a scanned copy of the bid security on the ePADS system and submit the original hard copy to the Auqaf office located at Ground Floor, ICT Agriculture Complex Building, Sector G-11/4, Islamabad before the tender opening time of 1230 hours. Manual bids will not be accepted and any bid without proper bid security documentation will be declared non-responsive.
E-bidding documents may be downloaded till 1200 hours on 30th July 2026 (Thursday), with bids opening on the same day at 1230 hours. In case of public holidays or unforeseen disruptions on the scheduled opening date, the tender will be opened on the next working day. The Auqaf Directorate reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids wholly or partially in accordance with PPRA regulations.
